高新热电清洁供暖替代工程是今年石家庄市供热保障重点工作之一,也是国家电投东方能源年度重点工作。此工程通过对高新区域实施高温水供热改造,提升供热保障,将确保高新热电关停后该区域冬季供热稳定。
高新热电清洁供暖替代工程设计改造面积468万平米,其中居民采暖260万平米,非居采暖208万平方米,改造区域将新增供热面约165.5万平米。项目全部完工后,将确保高新区468万平米的用户供热,有效解决高新区今冬供暖问题。
该项工程涉及到的高温主管网总长度为48.36千米,隧道共计25条。涉及石家庄市高新区湘江道、长江大道、淮河道、黄河道、汾河道、海河道、祁连街、天山大街、珠峰大街、昆仑大街、太行大街等多个路段。工程自5月初开始进场施工,截至目前,17个标段破路开挖审批手续均已完成,9个管网标段沟槽开挖完成75%,利旧管道拆除完成99%,8个隧道标段中2个标段月底基本全部贯通,其余均按照工期节点进行施工作业。
